All students will be given a planner and will be expected to write their assignments in on Monday for the week. Please make sure your child is completing their homework during the week. It is an important part of learning retention. I know how busy we all are, which is why I assign a packet each week. If you are finding your child is not bringing home a planner, or are not writing their assignments down, please contact me!
Every school day begins at 9AM and ends at 3:15.
Please see the sub page titled "Our Schedule" to see exactly what our day looks like!
We do have snack in 4th grade, so please pack your child a snack each day. I am also fine with water bottles in the classroom, but, please no glass! ****We have a nut allergy in class. Please send nut-free snacks in!
You are more than welcome to send in a birthday treat to celebrate your child's birthday. We have 20 children in our class. In 4th grade we do not have time to celebrate all holidays; however, we do plan special activities and have fun! ***We have a nut allergy in class. Please be sensative to what kind of birthday treat you send in. Thank you!
When book orders are sent home, please make checks payable to Scholastic. The books you order for home, help us build our classroom library! Thank you!
