EXERCISE AT HOME with Coach Weber
Students: Here are some of our student leader exercises that you can practice at home. You should do at least 5 of these daily and try to do 15 of them. You can do them by yourself or you can have a family member join you.
Student Exercises - Jumping Jacks, Push-ups, Handwalks, Squats, V-seat, Ski Jumps, Wall Seat, Squat Thrusts, Inchworm, Superman/Superwoman, Mountain Climbers, Donkey Kicks, Frog Jumps, Bicycle Crunches, Tuck Jumps, Leg Lifts and Bear Crawl
Students -its important that you stay active during any break while you are at home. I will try to include a daily video of some suggestions of things you can hopefully do at home.
